  • We accept Aetna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oscar Health, Oxford, Cigna & Out of network option.
  • Out of network information can be provided to get reimbursed by your insurance using NPI (you will be provided with a superbill).

Includes 4 hour psychological assessment plus report to be shared with attorney.
